'Caulfield'

A collaboration with Burns McCrave Design, extensive alterations and additions rejuvenated this 1980s significant residence in Caulfield’s premier Howitt Road.

Scope reflected complete strip out of existing internal spaces and creation of seamless outdoor / indoor zones coupled with highly detailed new kitchen, dining, living areas and introduction of sophisticated automation systems.

Engaged prior to designer appointment, Leone Constructions delivered the project in a fast track delivery framework, prototyping and shop detailing each element in sync with project brief and conceptual stages.

A key project measurable of delivering spaces that invite social interaction within an elegant environment was achieved mostly by subtle manipulations in section, resulting in a network of areas, each further distinguished through furnishings and lighting.
