Winner 2015 Excellence in Housing Awards – Best Renovation/Addition over $1M

A collaboration with SJB Architects and SJB Interiors this significant Toorak residence draws inspiration from Mediterranean influences.

Extensive alterations and additions were completed over an 18 month build duration. Scope included complete demolition to shell, extensive underpinning, temporary, sacrificial and permanent structural works, complete services and technology reticulation and complete consultant team co- ordination as required to professionally deliver this highly complex and demanding project.

The existing imposing structure overhanging the Yarra River escarpment was further enhanced by addition of unique infinity edge swimming pool and distinctive habitable space below. Extraordinary detail and finesse was produced in a fast track delivery framework in tight collaboration with SJB Interiors.

Sprawled over four levels with extensive landscape zones the residence boasts every conceivable luxury in restrained guise. It has been designed and constructed with leading architectural detailing, workmanship and technology.
